Goals and Objectives

Our purpose is to serve the local parents in the community by providing a loving and enriching environment through which their children can learn and grow.

The first six years of a child's life establishes the foundation necessary for healthy development throughout life. As the world becomes more complex it is vital that we, as child care educators and parents, insure that each child is given the love and attention, along with an enriching environment, to prepare him/her for the complexity of our multi-cultural world. Assisting children to develop a positive self-image and a love for teaming are two of our main goals.

As our enrollment is small, the individual curriculum meets the needs of each child. The curriculum is designed to foster independence, encourage each child to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually. Creativity, self-awareness, caring for others and the environment, developing one' strengths and building self-esteem are all goals within the program. Within the context of a "home preschool" setting, the children will be encouraged to experiment and learn, utilize the community and its resources, discover new things, make new friends and practice living skills.
